Hey, don’t blame me. Picard has been a Bordeaux estate for a long time, and was featured heavily in Nemesis. it is not my fault that someone decided to name their brand new winery after another TNG character.

I have some in the cellar but haven’t tried it.
Back 10+ years ago, a local store was clearing out 2000 Laforge for about $25 or so, and I bought about a case. It was a nice introduction for me to Bordeaux at that time, as a bit of a softer, easier-to-get right banker for a newbie, and a steal at those prices.
I think I’ve drunk them all now, or might have one left, but the producer has a bit of a soft spot in my heart. The downside is that, having been spoiled by those bargain prices, I mentally struggle to pay full fare for them since then.
