    Popped, left uncorked for several hours, then enjoyed during the Yankees game and a dinner of baked ziti. Very fragrant nose of fruit, smoke & charred meat. Blue fruits dominate the palate. Smooth and supple in the front of the mouth, long, peppery finish. Saving 1/2 the bottle for tomorrow’s game.

Day 2: More brooding, darker fruits, pepper has vanished into a long, smooth finish.
