2004 Turley Zinfandel Mead Ranch - USA, California, Napa Valley, Atlas Peak (2/4/2010)
Drank well, not nearly at the end of it drinking window that CT suggests. Not a typical mouth explosion that Turley’s tend to give, but a lot of minerality that intergrate with the fruit nicely. BT said the nose was typical Turley, I am not sure it was as strong a I would expect. It seemed to me that Turley handle this vineyard a little differently than some others I have had recently and the results are most noticeable. Good wine, no rush to get too. If you have more than one go ahead a pop one this weekend. (90 pts.)
