TN: 2004 Terrebrune Bandol Take 2!

I opened one of these two weeks ago and the bottle was flawed, helping out my year end run of bad bottles which kinda sucked!

So, I figured I would try another. These were $6 so I have nothing to lose!

2004 Terrebrune Bandol - Pours deep purple, almost black at the core. Dried herbs, mushrooms, black cherry on the nose. Hints of leather, game and tar, this is pretty intense on the nose so far! Good body with lots of herbs and roasted meats with a big wall of tannin creeping in on the end. This is much better than the last bottle!

Wow, even in this short time the wine has opened up a lot. It is still very aromatically complex, but there is now some very plush fruit. More blueberry and raspberry. The finish has expanded. I think this guy needs some air. Will follow this for the evening.

how (and where) did you get these for $6!?! I would buy a couple cases if any are still avail. at that price.
