Third bottle of the night, but the other two were not finished at this point so there was no palete fatigue. Popped and poured, nose has as slight funk to it, that was stronger in the bottle than in the glass. The mouth had a strawberry/raspberry front that went to a icecream float feel. Not necessarily sweet but that spot when you drink a float and you get just beneath the whipped cream and the ice cream and soda are making some combo on the top of the drink. I think this maybe the “spritz” others mention on this wine I think it is much softer. There is a hint of acidity on the back end, not overwhelming, just a different flavor profile after the mid palete. Really well intergrated right now, no tannin and very easy to drink. A terrific bottle in a great spot right now and our WOTN. This is the second bottle we have had in the past month and the notes are very consitent. (92 pts.)
