TN: 2004 Kuleto Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Simple pop and pour with dinner last night which consisted of a Domestic Wagyu Rib-Eye, Roasted Taters and Roasted Brussells Sprouts with Bacon and Roasted Garlic.

Good nose of graphite, dark fruits and oak. Had enough tannic bite to fight off the fat in the steak. Lots of blackberry, kirsch liqueur and anise on the palate. Medium long finish. Excellent value in the sub $40 Napa Cab market…thanks Pobega for showing me the way.

Agreed, very good wine at a very good price. I also have to credit Mike for it.
