    The first time I have tasted a Galardi wine IIRC. We enjoyed this wine a lot. Leathery and earthy on the aromatics with tons of somewhat sweet fruit on the palate. The fruit is sweet but not over ripe or heavy. Big tannins that go long on the finish. We enjoyed this now but I look forward to the tannins mellowing and the fruit calming down. I also hope the aromatics develop more complexity. (91 pts.)

Jason,

Just opened a bottle of this last week and while I pretty much agree with your TN, I felt the emphasis should be on the fact this wine is not ready, but has a beautiful future ahead. If I can, I’ll wait another 5 years before opening another one. Good wine.
