  • 2004 Domaine Robert Groffier Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Sentiers - France, Burgundy, Côte de Nuits, Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru (7/27/2009)
    Deep translucent bloody ruby. Red fruits and flowers on the nose. Very nice tart red fruits and cherry on the palate, with a slightly bitter (in a good way) finish. Quite Tasty, and no hint of the fabled 04 green streak here.

Great to hear. I didn’t buy any 04 Groffier but it is always to see some positive reports on 04s. I have had a few that were a little on edge for me but I have found the better ones to be very pretty and refreshing.
