Tasted September 8, 2009.

Opened and glass decanted about 30 minutes before serving. Followed over two hours. Purple color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of basalmic, cassis and dark berries. Flavors of cassis, plums and berries. Light to medium acidity, medium tannins and body. Drink over the shorter term. (88 pts.)

Thanks for the note. I have one bottle of 05 that I got on deep discount a while ago. I think I should drain it sooner rather than later.
