  Valentine’s Day rolls on after a terrific 90 Krug and 2007 Peay Chardonnay. With prime aged NY Strips that were divine.

Wine is firing on all cylinders right now. RIch cassis fruit, a little smoke, cocoa powder, blackberries and a little bit of tobacco on the back end. No hint of alcohol, wonderful texture and a pretty complete wine from front to back on the palate. If you have this wine, don’t be afraid to open them up and start drinking. 93-94/100 (94 pts.)
