2003 Scherrer Winery Cabernet Sauvignon Scherrer Vineyards - USA, California, Sonoma County, Alexander Valley (4/10/2011)
14.5% alcohol. Dark ruby red. Aromas of red fruit and cedar can be detected from a couple of feet away. A classic cabernet fruit profile of black currant, cedar, a little green olive. Restrained, but noticable tannic structure, great balance. Just delicious.
