Dined at Bone’s Restaurant in Atlanta last night. We enjoyed the 2003 Ramey Jericho Canyon Vineyard Cab with some great steaks.
Wine was decanted and enjoyed over three hours or so. Deep purple color with a nose of vanilla and blackberry. The first taste added blueberry and some earth and I think some tobacco. Bold finish. This was pleasing and primary. I am not sure this will have a lot of years and probably will not improve much. However more than a match for big steaks and the fixins. Enjoyable.
