Had this last night with some Indian food I amde at home (a chicken Tikka Masala and a lamb curry). Super yummy. With the Indian the wine was light, refreshing and positively gulpable. However, the last glass finished about 90 minutes after dinner (had to take the puppy for a nice long walk at sunset) seemed to show a LOT more wright and complexity. Just goes to show, while German Riesling is an utterly fantastic quencher with Indian food, the wine shows a lot better on its own.

Lime, chalk and petrol overlay a surprisingly rich palate. Long, lush, mouthwatering with a margarita finish. Quite delicious. (92 pts.)
