Wow, what a great place this wine is in right now. Red and black fruits, and flowers just flow from the glass. On the palate the red and black fruits are there, but the flowers take center stage as well as just a slight bit of smoked pork and then finishes with laser like acidity.

It’s great when you can catch a bottle thats just in a perfect place as this was ( why haven’t I bought this for the last couple years ) Perfectly paired with Braised short ribs and the kick ass Arizona and Green Bay game.
