Well… Pure, clear, unctuous, balanced. The finish shadows the seamless rich warmth created by the dark, blue, black-cherry like fruit. There is a really nice, understated highlight of anise. Super yummy. Glad I have 2 left. This bottle is reminiscent of how this wine tasted at release. In other words, it is re-awakening and seems like it will get even better.
