2002 Domaine William Fèvre Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir - France, Burgundy, Chablis, Chablis Grand Cru (11/25/2009)
Nope, no premox here. This is young and fresh, barely having budged from what it was on release, just developing a bit more roundness and depth. Not a blockbuster, a more feminine wine than the Bouguerots or Clos, very elegant, lively, very nice acidity with hints of lemony verve, some Chablis minerality, very crisp finish. This bottle could have gone another decade easily. (92 pts.)
