2002 Bert Simon Serriger Würtzberg Riesling Spätlese - I gave this about a two hour decanting to let the sulfur blow off and to wake it up a bit. Aromas and flavors both involve honey, baked stone fruit and fall spices. It has a viscous mouthfeel and lots of flavor depth. Acid is still quite electric. A touch of lime on the finish. A very nice wine thats in a good place.
