Enjoyed this over a couple of days. Decanted for about 20 minutes and poured. Dark golden color. Nose of honey and apricot. The taste immediately added some lemon mousse. The sweetness was balanced by ample acid so it was pleasing and paired well with Sushi. (My wife would disagree, but she is wrong. ) Reminded me somewhat of a Kracher I had a couple of weeks ago: sweet, fragrant but elegant. Enjoyed a a couple more glasses a day later. It became slightly more balanced, maybe a little subtler, but not because the fruit had materially faded. Very enjoyable.
I think they are ready now, and have years ahead. Don’t know if they will develop but pretty good right now.
