    Dinner with Steve & Barb. Pale yellow in color. Drinkly nicely right now but also seems to be in the awkward in-between/adolescent stage. Fabulous raw materials carry it nicely right now but this should really blossom in the future. 50+12+12+8+8 = 90++ (90 pts.)

2134 is the more rare AP# for this wine (2133 is the larger production, I believe). haven’t had either since release, when they were ethereal, I’m holding off for a few more years.

Thanks for the note on this, really interesting. I’m a big fan of the '01 Muller-Catoirs I’ve had, but never had that one.

You have the right strategy with holding off a few more years. A friend opened this one and who was I to say no but it will definitely be stronger in another 5 years.
