Just a fantastic bottle. In no danger of decline, but I’m doubting this will improve any further. Wonderful aromatics that subsided with air, but refreshed with every new pour, no matter how small. Threw enough sediment to warrant care in that regard – stand it up and exercise care in moving.
A great match for peperonata, patties of grass fed ground beef, and sauteed king boletes.
