Popped and poured, enjoyed with a meal of grilled shrimp marinated in lime juice, ginger juice, red curry, salt & pepper; roasted cauliflower from the garden; and a salad of heirloom tomato, red pepper, cucumber and echo mountain bleu cheese.
Incredible nose, showing petrol, rocks, citrus, caramel. Tart green apple, lemon, lime flavors. Wonderful texture, balance and length. Just an beautiful, interesting, welll made wine that perfectly complemented the meal.
