Cork was in amazing condition! (label, notsomuch, narrow shelving!). Slight bricking around a very dark purple core. Absolutely no funk! (YAY!) - nose isn’t terribly expressive, but very nice with plum and spice notes. Palate is very soft, fully resolved tannins, lovely mouthfeel, with good fruit, spice, a hint of leather. Medium finish. Might be slightly in decline, but still very enjoyable!
