Gave air for about 1.5 hours.
Started out a little oaky but it smoothed out and turned into a lovely wine. I love drinking this style of wine, quite elegant, nice fruit, the wine can seemed nicely balanced. A nice drinking experience, 92-93 pts.
I’m a fan of Whitehall Lane Reserves - good wines, with time.
I like the one quite a bit, too. The Phoenix crew opened a couple for me when I was travelling there all the time.
