Absolutely great Champagne. Very creamy on the attack, lots of lemon, quince and flowers, with just a touch of brioche on the finish. Medium acidity, very small beads, just a pleasure to sip and sip and sip.

Also WTF is with Champagne, a bottle goes down so easy, in no time the bottle’s empty! headbang

In a great place right now, popped one last week!

Bubbly does tend to get sucked down much quicker than other wines - b/c it’s the best kind of wine on the planet, of course.
