1996 Domaine Dujac Morey St. Denis - France, Burgundy, Côte de Nuits, Morey St. Denis (12/31/2009)
fully wet cork encapsulated by mold - really stinky upon opening but the air cleared and pretty, floral aromas emanated from the glass with notes of sweet cherry and evergreen - cloudy appearance but soft, warm feel to it and appealing finish. drinking at its peak. (90 pts.)

I had a batch of three bottles of this that all had soaked corks and a stink to the wine. Two of the bottles cleared off and were very nice wines. The other one was undrinkable. I had a picked up the wines on a discount and suspected some damage, but it sounds like the wine itself.
