Stunner. Bought at auction. Cork was in great shape. Decanted for about 2 hours. Notes of dark plum, blackberry compote, sage, graphite and cedar. Endless cassis. Open and accessible. Palate has good length, more black fruit, deep minerals and finishes with fine tannins. Pretty much at peak. Great wine with a thick, bone in ribeye.

9 people, served with dinner, after a few bottles of DP to wake up the palate!
