Thanks Greg for your input which I always appreciate and learn a bit more. If not tried, you may want to check out the Tempranillo from Verdad [Qupe/ Sawyer Lindquist]. I had a bottle last year that was from a recent vintage so it needs time; nonetheless, its the best Ive had from CA and still not up to Spain`s versions.
