Consumed with tonight’s North African spiced grilled lamb burgers.
An honest St. Emilion with a mature nose of cedar, charcoal and red plum.
In the mouth the tannins are still evident but softening and better integrated with airing. Medium bodied with flavors of red plums and Indian spices, the finish is medium in length. Drinking well now but could go a few more years for the tannins to mellow a bit further.
