TN: 1994 Beringer Reserve Cab

I took this bottle over to Phil’s house today and we enjoyed it while eating a Flannery Rib Eye and some Hood Canal Shrimp.

Pop and poured, it needed no decanting. Beautiful nose and palate it was perfect with the steak, it really reminded me that cabs need not be a big tannic beast. I loved this wine and the style it was made. 92-93 points.

Oh we also had a nice burg but can’t remember the vintner. (old age)

Love this wine…and all Beringer PR Cabs.

Never been disappointed.

Amen brother.

[rofl.gif] [rofl.gif] I was waiting for a response like that.

Yep,

The Beringer was drinking very well. The 2005 Domaine d’Ardhuy Volnay 1er Cru Les Fremiets was not. It has shut down hard. See you in ten years.
