I remember loving this wine. Did Tony Soter make this?
I call bullshit.
You don’t ever “just” do anything.
You’re one comprehensive a$$shole!
You’ve tapped into my Polish roots and my inner google:
Four men are walking in the desert.
The German says, “I’m tired and thirsty. I must have a beer.”
The Italian says, “I’m tired and thirsty. I must have wine.”
The Mexican says, “I’m tired and thirsty.
I must have tequila.”
The Jew says, “I’m tired and thirsty. I must have diabetes.”
Hmppphh…
My name is Yon Yonson…
ahahhhahahahahhahahahhhahhahah!
That’s nice.
I was doubtful about the story because I know that the literacy rate from Cocoa to Indialantic is nominal…but that was classic!
Hey you two, glad my jokes are good for something !
(to be honest, I found it on the net, tho I’ve heard versions before)
To bring this back to (gasp!) wine, Serge, how much should the price of this one go down before it’s a bargain?
Also Serge, which Cali Cabs do you like? I’m interested since you’re more of a Burg/Bdx guy and the few Calis I’ve tried were too Parkerized for me…
1993 Beringer Private Reserve Cab is no slouch either, and it can be had for cheap (relatively).
Beringer from '90 to '97 made no even remotely bad PR Cabs IMHO. In descending order for me:
1992
1994
1996
1993
1991
1990
1995
1997
Thanx for recs, Serge and Tex! (Hmmm… that rhymes, don’t it)
Now I’ll just sit back and wait for the prices to come down .
I have no clue what a 2 inch thick steak is.
yeap, this is the one!!!
(mine is COSCO, though, not Flannery!)
I sprinkle it with thyme, kosher salt, and some Montreal seasoning before grilling it to rare / medium rare
Montreal seasoning?
Maple sugar??
