Finally… After 2 bottles that were mediocre at best, this one did deliver the goods…

Pop and poured, A lovely nose poured out of the bottle, still quite young looking, nose and palate of tobacco and berries. I was quite impressed how smooth the wine was and had a real nice long finish of tobacco.

This is why I love bordeaux.

thanks for the note. I always found this wine as a tremendous value and it’s really drinking well now for 4-5 years while it was in a difficult phase til 2002. Luckily all my experiences were good ones and I had 8 bottles over the last years.
