For years I listed '89 as my favorite Meyney, but in recent years I’d vote for '86.
But I’ve found plenty of enjoyment with '82, '85, and '88, though I think I liked '82 and '85 more 10 years ago.
I like the '90 and still have some, but thought it showed a tad roasted and not on level with '86 and '89.
I also have a couple remaining bottles of '96, '00, and '03 but none rank with better 80s vintages.
