Beautiful fill on this bad boy so I am excited. The cork was a little moldy. And the cork fell in but no worry.
1987 Jadot Bonnes Mares - Nice deep ruby color with just a slight browning on the edge. Cinnamon, underbrush, raspberry on the nose. This has pretty good weight with juicy red fruits and some peppery notes. Finish is a tad short but maybe will open up with air. So far this is very tasty!
now some black cherry, cranberry, and dried leaves. The finish has expanded. This is quite a treat!

It didn’t have the complexity that I would have liked. But it was damn tasty. jess got about 3 oz. and I killed the rest of the bottle pretty quick. It was just so tasty!
