    Had this last night and it was fantastic IMO. Light Ruby in color. Stunning nose of Leather, oak, some spice, and a littlle eucalyptus (my wfie got dried Lemons as well.) Surprised at the taste as this was still faiily concentrated in flavor with dark cherries really coming through and making this really juicy. Tannins are fully integrated and some really nice refreshing acidity to this that kept it lively. I loved this wine. It was also made better by the fact that I was watching the Dodgers whoop the Giants. Thanks Poppy!!

Nice one. I have enjoyed many older BVs … although some are lacking any concentrated fruit. But I personally enjoy those ones too … as long as there is food.
