Impossibly pale in color. You couldn’t even call this onion skin. Imagine a pair of granny panties-- it’s that color-- the faintest beige with the slightest . Unlike many rosés, this needed a little air to shine. The nose is peach sorbet with sliced strawberries. The palate is dry, clean, more mineral-driven than fruit-driven, and zippy.
