Tonight’s supper was TJ’s Mixed Seafood, seasoned with granulated garlic, tarragon, and chervil in Rao’s Vodka Sauce; on a mix of Rustichella di Abruzzo and local organic Penne Rigate. This was enjoyed with a 1999 Dobra Zemlja Amador County Sangiovese - fill a half inch below the capsule, cork saturated a rough 1/2 to 3/4 inch; good cherry fruit with good acidity; with a medium long fruity finish.
Then for dessert we had hazelnut and dark chocolate gelati with dark chocolate and hazelnut piroulines. It made nice finish to a good meal.
