Quick question about Coteaux Champenois, I have a couple of bottles of 2016 Bollinger La Côte aux Enfants that I bought a while back. Should I keep these for 20 years before touching, or are these something you should try while still young? I literally know nothing about this wine, just bought them because they sounded interesting.
