It spent 7 years on lees. Personally I don’t like it as much as the last few Briords I have had, but it is certainly unique.

Very citrus rind when first opened. A little much but went well with food. Much more approachable with around 2 hours of air.
Huh, interesting. I assume the creaminess is much more evident. I was also unaware that lees continue to add qualities to a wine for that long. I assumed there was some level of diminishing returns over time, but perhaps I am mistaken.
