Fully agree with David. Thibault is on top of his game and produces brilliant wines.His 2011s are wonderful and are proof that 2011 is certainly undervalued where the best producers are concerned. Moreover it is an early drinking vintage. Thibault may be not THAT well-known but deserves to be among the elite in Burgundy. i appreciate him as much as his more famous cousin. At the moment he’s trying hard for LES SAINT GEORGES to become a grand cru. In his hands it is. To make matters complete : he’s an awfully friendly guy. He uses my first name and not “sir”. I like that.
