Not bad wine, but for the money I find better value in Chablis for my palate.
skip them all. montceau is the entry level estate chardonnay (think bourgogne blanc), les comperes is negoce, and dolium is skin contact aged in amphora and has little to do with his other wines. my favorite is les grands teppes, but also les chalasses and grusse en billat are the signature chardonnays. charmois du paradis is a sub parcel within les grand teppes on mostly red marl soil.
