After our delightful supper of salad & rosé, we had cheeses - bleu d’Auvergne, Old Chatham Sheeps’ Milk Blue & Camembert, goats’ milk blue, & Affinois Goat Brie; with a 375ml of 2001 Chateau Climens Barsac, TJ’s Jumbo Raisin Medley, and crackers. It made a good finish to the evening along with the tour stage.

the 2001 Climens is still quite young, but very good. We’ve drunk close to half the case we bought a while ago, since it’s so enjoyable.
