From the Tassajara Recipe book:
Tahini Tamari Dressing
Good as a dressing, this also makes a good dip for raw vegetables.
½ cup tahini (sesame butter)
½ cup orange juice
3 cloves garlic, pressed
soy sauce to taste
Blend ingredients together until smooth.
Adjust seasoning.
May be thinned with water, orange juice, or oil.
Notes:

Depending on how thick your tahini is, you will almost certainly have to thin out the
dressing in the blender. -
Since the garlic is raw, 3 cloves may be very strong/pungent. You might want to blend the dressing up with 1 clove first, and then add additional cloves to suit your preferences.
