04 Koonowla Cabernet Sauvignon
This was my second experience with this wine. First, this is a screw top wine with an aluminim seal around the top. Next to impossible to twist off. It’s a heavy gauge seal. This is a smooth and creamy wine. I tasted dark fruit, and at 120 minutes, I was able to taste raisins. On the second day, the wine had a syrupy look, but was still smooth tasting. I did detect a bit of heat, but it disappeared quickly. I’ll open my last bottle next year. Good value. 91
