The few times I have had Demi-Sec, I must say I have never let it get as warm as room temperature as I prefer my sparkling wines to have a chill on them. It’s just personal taste for me. I find them more refreshing that way.

You should give it a whirl. I have a feeling you’ll understand what Jim was getting at.

This is Tran you’re talking to… you could dissolve a pound of Sweet&Lo in the bottle, warm it up to 90 degrees, and he’d still guzzle it.

I personally have nothing against sweet Champagne as an occasional treat, but hate hate hate zero or ultra-low dosage. “Traditional dosage” is where it’s it.
