Suggest a Burg glass

This was asked a few years ago and Jeremy Seysses said he preferred the Zalto universal. That was good enough for me and I’ve been using them since. Love the weight and feel, and the aromatics do not suffer a bit IMO.

Sorry just saw the “budget” disclaimer in OP. But they are great!

For me the Crate and Barrel HIP red glasses have virtually all of the upsides of the Zalto Burgundy glasses…at 1/9 the co$t and, accordingly, ang$t. Wine glasses - WINE TALK - WineBerserkers

TJ Maxx has Lenox Umbria Burgundy, 4 for $24.99. Just bought a box.

You should buy a truckload and bring them to Canada. You will make a killing.

Schott Zwiesels for me, Roy—no probs so far and they work very nicely. Spiegelaus are OK too, but I use them more on an emergency basis. I hear you re the vinums…

Spiegelau traditional Burg glass on the left, Schott Claret Triton next, Zalto Burg next, Zalto Bordeaux last.

The two on the right move me! Makes me want to pop a burg for breakfast

We should organized an online, THE TRIPLE B…the berserker burg for breakfast tasting! Let’s do it…lol

Was just in HomeGoods and picked up two Riedel Tyrol Pinot glasses on discount. $22.
An interesting glass for sure.

Mike, did u look in the area where they have loose individual glasses?..at home goods here in Olrlando I scored some wicked nice tumblers for $2.99 each…I actually use them more than my Riedel tumblers

I did not see anything decent loose. There was 4 boxes of this (2). Down from $30

This. They fit in the dishwasher too.
