Litke has been the chef at the Farmhouse Inn in Forestville for 22yrs now earning a Michelin Star each of the last 16 yrs. Being replaced by Daniel Beal formerly of Chicago’s Alinea and Atelier Crenn in San Francisco. Will be interesting to see what Beal does.
