+1 on Maestros. There’s also a Morton’s by SCP. But I would pick Maestro’s over all the usual steak places. If you go to Maestro’s get the Mac and Cheese but throw in bacon and jalapeños, yum!
FAIL - no mention of the warm butter cake! Top 3 dessert ever, toffee pudding at Playground edges it out and right there with my wife’s pumpkin cheese cake.
Holla! You right, Brig, except I think the Butter cake is better than PG’s toffee. I always think I can’t possibly eat another bite after a big ass ribeye, tons of sides, wine…but then the butter cake comes out. Like my daughter says , I have another stomach for dessert.
Funny butter cake story. A buddy and I were eating and at the table next to us a daughter had taken her mother out for her birthday. They ordered a butter cake, but the large not the small. They look at us and say “we had no idea how sweet and large this was would you like it, we only cut off two very small slices”
