Spanish Pagos - where are the maps?

Spanish Vinos de Pago are supposed to be single vineyard wines. Is there a map that shows where these vineyards are located?

Are they? I’ve understood that “Vinos de Pago” are monopole appellations - like Château-Grillet, for example. I’ve never seen a requirement that a Vino de Pago must be a single-vineyard wine. It is basically an appellation that encompasses all the vineyards of a single estate. After all, the term “vinos de pago” basically translates to “wines of a district”.
