With so many wineries/tasting rooms so clueless about customer service…it’s nice when you find a winery that does get it.
I belong to the TablasCreek VINsiders wine club. Every Christmas, they send out a small gift to all the VINsider members. Nothing particularly extravagant…just a little gift w/ a TablasCreek logo on it. This year’s gift was a nice pen w/ a polished wooden barrel with “TablasCreek” on it and a nice notebook for wine tasting notes w/ the TablasCreek logo on the front. Last year it was a rustic burlap bag carrying bag w/ TablasCreek stenciled on the side. And always a nice note thanking us for our support over the last year.
It’s nice to know that a winery values its customers like that. Plus…their wine’s not too shabby, either.
Kudos to Jason & Darren on their thoughtfulness.

I can’t agree with you more Tom. I have been part of their club for years now as well, and they take care of customers in every way possible. Every time I have had to call them for any reason, they took care of the issue, And when you are at the winery they take of you the way all others should
Navarro is another winery that gets it. Past gifts that I use almost daily are an adress book, an apron and a canvas tote bag I use when shopping. I always look forward to their November shipment to see what this year brings.
