So with all of the hype about Germany 2015; what are you buying?

Wow. I just discovered that buying 2015 Riesling has increased our German holdings from 15% to more than 20% of our total cellar.

It’s a bit out of control. I’ve never bought this much wine without tasting it before. Sure, I’ve loved these wines in other vintages, but this is the first time I’ve gone this deep without having tasted the exact wine before. I’m not sure whether to be proud or worried!

I was skeptical at first, but after tasting widely I also became a buyer. I bet you’ll be proud at the end.
